Step #1: Let's Get To Know Each Other!

 

  • Arrange a time to visit - We will be happy to arrange a time for you to come visit with us at your conveinience..
                                   

  • To bring your child or not - It is up to you if you wish to bring your child with you on this initial visit.  Some parents observe the classroom and narrow the choices down before bringing their child to any centers.  Other parents  combine the parent and child visits into one to see how their child interacts with the other children, providing more information in their decision making process. 
     

  • Secondary visit - If your child has not accompanied you on your initial  visit, another visit will be scheduled. 
     

  • The purpose of visiting - These visits are for you and your child to feel welcomed and comfortable. We want you both to be able to experience a portion of our day. Your child will also meet the lead and assistant teacher at this time during which we can answer any questions you may have. 

 

Step #2: Time to Make A Decision.

 

  • Review the information - Upon visiting, you will receive additional information and literature on our program. Once you get home and have had time to read more about us and think about what you observed you may have some more questions.  Please don't hesitate to call us!  
     

  • Parents may choose to observe the classroom again, and the Director may request for your child to visit again to assist in your decision making process. 
     

  • Once your decision has been made, a completed Application for Admission form along with the $50.00 non-refundable application fee should be submitted to the Academy as soon as possible.   Applications are processed in the order they are recieved.                                                                                                                                                                  

  • Some parents are at the end of their search when they come to visit us.  If you would like to fill out the Application for Admission form after your time in the classroom, you may certainly do so.

 

 

Step #3: Admission.

 

Once the Application for Admission has been processed, Parents will be informed of one of the following:
 

  • The child has been accepted.

  • The child has been placed on the waiting list.

 

Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit/activity fee of $200.00 and a completed enrollment contract, stating the sessions the child is enrolled in and the tuition payment plan to be used will be required to hold your child’s space. If the Academy does not receive the deposit/activity fee and contract by the designated date, we will assume you have made other plans for your child, and a student on the waiting list will be contacted to take the space.

Admissions Procedure
